Campaign Coordinator

The Development and Marketing team plays a pivotal role in the sustainability and growth of Geelong Performing Arts Centre and its programs.  The team is tasked with maintaining existing and attracting new and diverse audiences and financial supporters, from within the greater Geelong region and beyond. 

The Campaign Coordinator works with stakeholders and external providers to develop, plan and coordinate the delivery of powerful and persuasive marketing campaigns across multiple channels about the Centre, its events, projects, programs and initiatives.  This diverse and dynamic role also contributes to the broader activities of the team through research, reporting and evaluation with a view to building and enhance Geelong Performing Arts Centre’s brand, engage target audience segments and drive visitation and revenue across the Centre’s portfolio.

To be successful you will have:

  • A proven track record of delivering successful marketing and engagement campaigns, preferably in an arts industry setting
  • Demonstrated, strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the capacity to create compelling campaigns to engage a diverse range of people, communities, audiences and stakeholders
  • An ability to independently create content and to brief external agencies and design teams where necessary
