Direct mail

GPAC Marketing is able to co-ordinate a direct mail campaign for your event, utilising relevant database contacts on the GPAC box office system. Screen Shot 2016 08 31 at 11.47.20 AM

The database selection and mailout quantity can be tailored to suit your event. Please note, the database remains the property of GPAC. We are not permitted to hand-over electronic database information due to privacy legislation.

Generally, all mailouts include marketing collateral (eg, DL flier) and a letter printed on GPAC letterhead, inserted into a GPAC envelope. Mailout costs will vary depending on the nature of the campaign, but generally cost $2.00 per item.

This cost covers stationery, processing and mailing. Prices will be confirmed prior to any order.

Fliers are to be supplied by the hirer (assistance with artwork and printing can be arranged at an additional cost).

Content for letters is also to be supplied by the hirer (assistance with direct mail writing available at an additional cost).

Supplied text will be formatted according to relevant GPAC templates and may be edited.

All direct mail must comply with the requirements of the Privacy Act and GPAC privacy policy.

Please allow 2 days for approval of your letter and 3 days for mailhouse processing once the letter has been approved.
