Executive Producer – Programming and Creative Industries

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Executive Producer to take programming to the next level.  This role will strongly influence a new creative strategy and add to the 1,400, 800 and 325 seat theatre venues currently managed by Geelong Performing Arts Centre.   The Executive Producer will source, develop and produce an outstanding artistic program including: theatre productions across all ages and genres, moving into developing new work, an award winning youth, families and creative learning program and the activation of our spaces, utilising digital platforms to nurture a thriving Creative Industries sector.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have specialist knowledge across the performing arts sector;
  • Be known for your creativity, innovative approach and financial acumen;
  • Have an excellent network of contacts in the industry;
  • Be an inspiring leader and manager, as well as have a clear artistic vision.
